The International Dogwood Festival Steering Committee and some of their family members recently visited Foley, Alabama, as part of the ongoing cooperation between the two cities to take part in a Festival Exchange program. The Winchester delegates visited Foley to survey the area reserved for the Dogwood Festival during the exchange.
